Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 June 2026

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we process when you use this website, on what legal basis, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Controller

Danylo Lukianchikov Kerkplein 8, 4231 BK Meerkerk, Netherlands Email: llinaaadd@gmail.com

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit the site, the host automatically collects and stores server log data (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of access) for security and operational reasons. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation).

3. Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email, company, message) to respond to your enquiry. This data is delivered to us by email through our email service provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries). Data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no legal retention periods apply.

4. AI chat assistant

The optional chat widget sends your messages to Groq, Inc. to generate a reply via a large language model. Only the content of your conversation is transmitted; we do not deliberately send identifying data. Your conversation is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers. The widget is only activated after you give consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use only technically necessary storage: a cookie/local-storage entry that remembers your consent choice, and local storage for the chat conversation. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. Necessary storage is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the chat is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at llinaaadd@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

7. Data transfers

Some processors (e.g. Vercel, Groq, Resend) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, transfers are safeguarded by appropriate mechanisms such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. The current version always applies.
